Following in his families Entrepreneur footsteps, Kenny has always had a keen interest in Marketing, Sales & Real Estate. He resides in Brampton with his wife Pam & daughter Riya and it is in his community he has been able to expand his knowledge and expertise over the years working with his parent’s at their family run businesses throughout the GTA. This has led Kenny to do what he enjoys most, helping clients achieve their Real Estate and investment goals.

Sales & Marketing has always held a primary position in Kenny’s professional life. Kenny took his skills and expanded them into the nightlife industry in Toronto, by successfully Hosting many Social Events over 12 years working closely with many high profile professionals in the entertainment industry. Kenny has been able to utilize his vast network in many different ventures in the past. His network continues to grow as Kenny believes in providing everyone with great Customer Service, hence his repeat clientele over the years in the entertainment industry. This dynamic addition to The Wayne Munden Team is now taking his Real Estate goals as well as the goals of his clients to the next level as the Brampton and Mississauga Specialist.

While all of the skills and knowledge employed in handling a Real Estate transaction are vital to success, Kenny believes the first step in helping either a buyer or a seller is to understand their wants, needs, and investment goals. That requires listening, asking the right questions, and of course – providing clear and honest answers to their questions. In other words, good communication skills are paramount with Kenny.

Kenny Malhotra is especially tuned in to helping first time buyers, because it hasn’t been too long since he was in their position. Although he lived in the Brampton area for Twelve years, he purchased his first home in Brampton just three years ago. Thus, he understands what first time buyers don’t know – and what they need to know – as they begin the process of becoming homeowners for the first time.

He also appreciates the opportunity to assist those who are relocating to the Brampton area. As he himself also relocated to Brampton twelve years ago. Kenny’s enthusiasm for the area is contagious. In his eyes, the Brampton area offers the best of everything: Big city amenities combined with a rural, small town atmosphere, complete with trees, meadows, hiking trails and playgrounds for families to enjoy, not to mention excellent schooling.

Kenny is a Graduate from Sheridan College in Brampton for Information Technology Support Services. He is currently attending part-time at York University to complete his Business & Society Degree to better service his clients using the best business skills to help them meet their goals.
