Mrs. Gardner brings a unique skill set to property sales and ownership. Having extensive experience and perspective as a home owner, investor, and property manager; Karla's true love and niche market is classic and architecturally significant homes, and investment property analysis. Karla and her husband purchased their first real estate investment property in 2000. As a team they have purchased and sold over 15 properties in Idaho and North Carolina; performing most of the improvements themselves; from framing to custom tile work. Karla has experience with design, project management and construction. 

Karla’s background with business ownership began over 20 years ago when she realized there was not a job for the specialized skills she had developed. A true entrepreneur, she has founded different 3 businesses: KCG Property Management, Real Estate Boise Properties, and a small neurological rehabilitation program in California. 

Mrs. Gardner obtained her Bachelor of Science in Recreation Administration, with a specialty in Therapeutic Recreation, from California State University, Chico. Prior to working in the real estate industry, Karla was the Clinical Coordinator for Neuro Care; a cutting edge neurological rehabilitation program specializing in traumatic brain injury. Karla was in charge of the satellite program from Salt Lake City, Utah. Karla was the sole driving force for starting the program in Boise and responsible for all aspects of the business from marketing to insurance companies, physicians, to clinical coordination of the rehabilitation teams. 

Karla has lived in Boise’s coveted North End neighborhood for over 20 years and enjoys the lifestyle that Idaho, and specifically North Boise, has to offer.
