I 'm looking to work with professionals and with Home owners and Real Estate Agents. My background is in retail sales - I like clean lines. Simple casual sophistication. Zen. I do have an eclectic side and not afraid to work with color. I look to showcase a property's unique best features.
I am a Certified Staging Professional graduate, a member of the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA), and a RESA-NJ C hapter member as well as a darn good decorator.. I studied Interior Design at New York Institute of Art and Design, I am a certified stager since 2010. Attended Brookdale College, Freehold NJ, where I studied staging and color theory.
I have had a career in retail sales home goods and decor. I have owned my own cleaning company and freelanced as a personal organizer. I enjoy working with clients on various projects at all budgets. In addition, I know how to make a floor plan, accurately measure and own my own drill and tools ;) I am skilled at staging and believe it makes sense. Properties that are professionally staged have a competitive edge, have fewer days on the market and sell for more money than non-staged homes.
