Hi! I'm Keith Whited. I have been a licensed Realtor/Broker since 1976 and have been affiliated with RE/MAX since 1992. I have spent my entire real estate career specializing in the Mt. Vernon area. As an active member of the community, Reston has become a 'sub-specialty' area. These two areas account for 70% of my real estte activity. THe remaining 30% comes from throughout Northern Virginia.
I am an "individual agent". I do not have manage a team nor am I a part of someone else's team. I take care of every task in a transaction personally - - the buck stops here!!
I work with buyers, sellers and investors. In addition to listening to my customers needs I focus on hard facts, numbers, and actual trends in order to provide my clients with the best information to base their own decisions rather than "convincing" them that I know what's best.

My area of expertise is Residential Sales although I do sell land as well. I decline Commercial real estate. Hiring me for a commercial transaction would be like going to an optometrist for a root canal. ;-)
While I thoroughly enjoy working with purchasers (especially helping folks buy their first home) 75-80% of transaction as a listing agent representing seller.
