Search Condos to Luxury Homes on the Beach, plus Short Sales and Foreclosures

With hundreds of successfully completed transactions, in my experience as a Realtor since 1988, I have helped many buyers and sellers negotiate the increasingly complex world of real estate.   Working with first time buyers is an extremely rewarding experience and brings out the "teacher" in me.  I have also helped sophisticated Fortune 500 buyers buy and sell estate properties valued in the multi-millions, as well as many other second and third home buyers who love to call Santa Barbara their "home away from home. "  

My company has asked me to help train in the area of listing presentations as my manager values the skills necessary to educate a seller on the various marketing opportunities available in today's market, regardless of the location or price range.  Since I have sold "condos to castles" as the saying goes, I have the ability to create custom marketing plans that work for all sizes and prices.  I am a member of the elite Chairman's Circle at Prudential as well and have a substantial internet presence.
