Kat Vallish is a longtime resident of DeKalb and Henry Counties and knows the area real estate market well. She also has a natural passion for people and an innate talent for negotiation and spotting great deals. When working with buyers to find their perfect home, Kat’s knowledge of Metro Atlanta's premium neighborhoods and schools allows her clients to receive a focused and timely home search. She has resided in Decatur for nearly 19 years, Atlanta for 4 years and the Stockbridge/Jonesboro area for the past 16 years. Kat was a graduate of DeKalb County Schools and all three of her children graduated from Henry County Schools.
Kat supports her community with sponsorship of The Bridge Festival and the Geranium Festival. Kat just completed 2 years as the Design Director and Board Member of the Stockbridge Main Street Advisory Board. Kat is also a regular volunteer with People First Henry, an organization assisting people with developmental and physical disabilities in a better quality of life. Kat’s has also been a volunteer on three Habitat for Humanity home builds not only donating her time and labor, but also donating trees and other beautification plantings.

Kat Vallish is a 3rd generation Realtor whose Great Grandparents homesteaded Flagler Beach Florida and had a hand in many first developments in Central and Northern Florida.
Besides being involved in Real Estate Sales, Kat has owned and operated two Craft Beer and Wine retail stores where Kat was also responsible for creating all marketing materials and creating the e-commerce side of the business.
