Having served as a real estate agent for 13 years, I now serve as a Mortgage Loan Originator at NewFed Mortgage Corp.
My primary responsibilty is helping brokers, agents, and borrowers identify home financing programs that are a good fit and help the buyer to save money. In a very competitive market such as we now have, this is a challenging and rewarding endeavor.
NewFed offers conventional home loans as well as FHA and VA programs, MassHousing loans with down payment assistance. We also offer non-conforming loan for self-employed borrowers and real estate investors.
In addition to home purchase loans, NewFed offers renovation loans, bridge loans, HELOCs, and refinancing programs.
