Get to Know Kate Yackley
Hello my name is Katherine Yackley, everyone calls me Kate unless I am in trouble. I am English and a Londoner! I live in beautiful Queen Anne in Seattle with my college age children. I have lived in the U.S for 18 years, and I have been a bit of a gypsy, moving from the east coast to the west coast a couple of times for professional reasons. My most recent move was Seattle from Tucson. I love living in the Northwest. The weather doesn't bother me too much because I love to hike and get outside. Although, I would be a complete liar if I didn't say that the sunshine calls me in the winter. I am now intimately acquainted with rain gear and the weather doesn't inhibit my outdoor activities at all. I have a Jack Russell terrier named Lily and a black Lab named Rupert. The children, my animals, and my work keep me gainfully occupied.

I worked for Dun & Bradstreet for the vast majority of my career in many different locations overseas, and different domestic states. My background is in sales leadership and business analyis. I have fulfilled many professional roles including: sales training, sales leadership, project management, and business analysis. My last assignment with D&B was in the role of vice president of sales in Tucson, Arizona. I have an extensive background in business to business sales; however, i also had a brief stint in educational sales for a small start-up in Bellevue, Washington.
