I moved to the state of Washington with my husband, Bert, son Klaus, and daughter, Michelle in 1982. Bert was in the Navy and a two year tour turned into retirement for him and a mortgage career for myself. I worked for various banks in the mortgage business until 1994.
Olympic Northwest Mortgage, Inc. was established by Walter Bailey and myself on Feb 1, 1994. We soon spread our wings and included escrow and insurance as a service to our customers. VA & FHA loans have always been my favorite loans. Probably because they are used by so many first time homebuyers.
My outside interest include gardening, reading and entertaining the 10 grandchildren. I support the American Cancer Society, the YWCA live shelter( and the grandkids).
