With construction experience beginning in 1975 and a real estate investment focus starting in 1991 Jeff Wellman has worked with home buyers, sellers, and investors to assist them in their real estate needs.  He was able to balance his passion for Real Estate Investment with a successful career in Nursing specializing in Rehabilitation Medicine until retiring from Nursing in 2000 to go full time as President of Oasis Capitol Management concentrating on Real Estate Investment and mentoring.  In 2009 Jeff joined Keller Williams Mountain Partners in Hendersonville, NC with a focus on residential Real Estate sales.  He has served on the Keller Williams  Associate Leadership Council (ALC) in 2012, 2013, and 2014. 

Currently Jeff is launching his latest endeavor, the Wellman Real Estate Group, a team of Realtors and ancillary Professionals  to better serve his growing clientele.
