With my vast experience, I can probably answer any questions or concerns a buyer or seller might have. And if I don't know the answer, I know where to go to get it. I'm open to questions; I don't mind working with buyers who are in the research stage, and I love sharing information. I firmly believe that the more knowledge I can impart to clients, the more informed decisions they can make.
My areas of expertise are many, because over my 34 year career, I have seen it all. But my particular concern is that the first time buyer and the senior seller have all the facts so that no one can take advantage of them. Preying on the uninformed makes my blood boil.
I was originally licensed in 1974 and have literally sold in all markets. I have vast experience that I'd be more than happy to share with newer agents who'd like to ask me questions.
