| Julie Ann took a great deal of time explaining the current housing market. She explained how she would market the house and targeted specific markets. She brought in a person to stage the house and her own photographer. The pictures were much more professional than anything we saw on Zillow. The designer help us de-clutter and helped with paint colors. She also advertised in targeted house for sale periodicals.We had over 20 showings in the first week and had multiple offers and commitment in 11 days! She is pro-active and highly responsive. | Through the home buying process, Julie Ann became more than just my real estate agent - she became my advocate, advisor, and friend. She didn't stop working in my favor after the contract was signed - her services carried through to the home inspection and pre-closing arrangements to meet lender requirements and she has even provided me with some advice even now - after the closing! Julie Ann never pressured me to make a decision and never became frustrated with the different demands that I was making for the home I wanted to purchase. It's tough to find a real estate agent who fully understands and respects that different people have different needs and Julie Ann gets that fact! | My wife and I first met Julieann King in 2004 when we asked her to show us houses in the Central Jersey area. She would spend many weekends with us for up to a year driving around showing us various neighborhoods so we could choose the right one for us. When we were ready to buy, Julieann negotiated a great price for us and we had a splendid moving experience. When we were ready to sell that same house because of job demands, Julie was there to help us sell that very same house. Julie most often answered the phone when we called or immediately called us back if she was unable to answer. She came and set a price that was within $100 of the assessment. She negotiated with the buyers' agent an excellent price for us, which was within just a few thousand of our asking price. When we were moving out of the house, she bought us dinner and breakfast, and even after a week later in our new house, she contacted us to see how everything was going. Since we had lived in New York for all our lives, my husband and I needed a real estate agent who was very knowledgeable not only about central New Jersey, but also about adult communities in this area.
