| In April 2014 while desperately searching for yet another Realtor to help us short sale our house, something about Judy Orr’s online presentation caught our attention. Her expressions of an earnest commitment to get one’s home sold and the description of her approach to the process was just what we were looking for. We had moved out of State in 2010 and for over 4 years had been unable to sell our house in the Chicago suburbs due to the real estate challenges in the area. Having worked with three other Realtors that were unable to get the task done, we were in dire need of a champion to help us lift our burden. We decided to work with Judy even though we had other referrals from friends and neighbors and from our very first conversation in April 2014, we knew we had fallen into good hands. Judy gave us her assurance that she would do everything she could to get our home sold – and that’s exactly what transpired! Judy became an advocate on our behalf. She was exceptionally professional and always available when we tried to reach her during the process. She took fabulous photos to superbly present the vacant home on the short sale listing. She kept us fully updated on showings and kept her eye on the vacant property. She referred us to a law firm, very experienced in short sales and together with this firm, Judy was able to accomplish a rather difficult transaction, bringing our house to closing with two lenders involved before the end of 2014. Judy’s accomplishment on our behalf is simply outstanding - what 3 previous realtors were unable to do in over 41/2 years! We highly recommend Judy Orr. | Judy was the perfect realtor. She was always one step ahead and was very knowledgeable and helpful whenever we had any questions. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a home.
