I am a United States Marine Corps Veteran. I worked on the presidential fleet of helicopters for President Bush and President Obama. Within two years I was part of the Quality Assurance department and could have the final say on whether or not a helicopter was safe for the President to fly on. When I got out of the Marine Corps I took that attention to detail, a pride in a job well done, and my passion for homes into the Home Inspection field. I became a AHIT certified home inspector in Richmond VA; an IAC2 certified Radon Technician in Richmond VA; and a proud member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors-the largest and most recognized home inspector association in America. I have been trusted by buyers in Richmond and all over Central VA to help them make informed buying decisions by providing the most thorough and unbiased inspections possible.
A House on a Rock Home Inspections LLC is a Veteran owned Home Inspection company in Richmond VA. I inspect every house as if my family were going to live in it and treat every client with the same respect as the President of the United States of America. I have been trusted by home buyers to help them make informed buying decisions. My home inspections typically range from 2-3 hours long depending on the size of the house and you are invited to follow along with me as I perform your inspection. I take great pride in every inspection I perform. When the inspection is over, I will prepare a detailed inspection report regarding the property, full of color photos, and delivered electronically. I will be dedicated to answering any of your home related questions for as long as you own the house.

| Juan did an amazing job on my home inspection. He was thorough, educative and was able to address both key issues and make recommendations to keep the home in-shape into the future. Honestly, realtor friends of mine were skeptical about my choice of inspectors since they had never heard of 'A House on a Rock,' but I confirmed with Juan since he was able to fit me in pretty quickly.
