As a dedicated, full-time Realtor of 13 years, my goal has always been to create highly satisfied clients through outstanding customer service from start to finish . I was able to bring the customer service skills with me that I learned from my prior career in the golf industry, with me into my career as a Realtor.

As a Real Estate Professional in the Pittsburgh market, I maintain a balance in working with buyers, as well as sellers of residential real estate. On the buying side, I work with many first-time buyers, buyers looking to upsize/downsize, and second home buyers/investors.
On the selling side, I work with people who are selling to buy a larger home or to downsize. Some of my specialties are helping "for sale by owners" and "expired listings" to reach their ultimate goal of selling.
My coverage areas span throughout the Greater Pittsburgh area, from as far north as Cranberry/Mars, to out west in Robinson/Moon, and south as far as Washington, PA.
When the market shifted in 2008, I felt that it was important to earn my National Association of Realtors Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Designation. Since 2008, I have been a part of several successful short sale and foreclosure transactions. In 2010, I earned another designation as a Certified Real Estate Negotiator in order to further enhance my negotiating skills when working on behalf of my buyer and seller clients.
