Some Background on Joe...

 I came to Georgia in 1981, to work for Delta Air Lines. I was born and raised in a small town just outside of Boston, Massachusetts, called Brookline. I earned an associate degree in Aviation Maintenance Technology, from Wentworth Institute of Technology, in Boston.

I have 26 years of service with Delta Air Lines. I Started there as a junior mechanic, and later moved up to full mechanic. In 1989, I was promoted to Lead Mechanic, which is the position I hold with them currently.

My management training has been through Metro South Association of Realtors (MSAR), Georgia MLS Training Institute, National Association of Realtors (NAR), Delta management training courses, as well as the training I received while in the Military service.

I left the US Army, after four years, in 1979, as a Sargent and Helicopter crew chief. I specialized in Cobra (AH-1G) helicopter maintenance.

In addition, I worked part time as a Sales Associate at The Home Depot, in their paint department for about eight years and at Lowe`s home Improvement Center as a Sales Associate in their paint department for just over three years.  Some of you may have been a customer of mine from one or both of these two stores, if you have lived local to the Stockbridge, Georgia area.

I am also a dad to two great children, Bobby and Catie, they have taught me a lot about myself and life.

I decided to pursue a career in the Real Estate field in 2005. My interest in real estate comes from a very close family member that was very successful in this field many years ago, and she made a lasting impression on me. Her dedication and hard work seemed to be never ending. Her compassion and people skills were unmatched. I have many stories I could share with you, but it would take to much time here. Maybe someday if we meet, you can ask me about them.

In short, I love to help people find ways to achieve their goals and dreams. Your goals and dreams are my motivation. We will work together as a team!

I joined RE/MAX Advantage in Stockbridge, Georgia in May 2005. I remained a dedicated RE/MAX Agent until April 2008 when I decided to make a change to DRAKE REALTY.  The people at  DRAKE REALTY have also inspired me to dedicate myself to being the best Real Estate Professional I can be!
