Buying a new or existing home is a huge decision, you need a Realtor that will take the time to learn about your likes and dislikes. A home may be a fabulous buy as a 4 bedroom 3 bath with a pool, but what if you have no interest in a pool? Why pay the extra upkeep and utilities to maintain something that you won't use?
I will not simply "flood" a clients email with listings hoping they find one they like. I speak with the client and ask questions about family, lifestyle, and any expected changes to ensure that any options I send will actually meet thier needs both now and in the future. I pride myself on my commitment to not only facilitate a transaction, but to ensure that my clients are comfortable with the transaction and understand what is happening and why. An informed and educated buyer/seller finds the process much easier to handle in the inevitable circumstance that last minute items come into play.

As a long-time resident of the Clermont area, I've seen things change quite a bit. Ten years ago we were a small town of about 7000, that blossomed to about 25000 in season. These days we keep 50000 or so in the area year round.

In the case of those needing to do a short sale on thier property, the knowledge to handle the transaction WITHOUT them having to hire a "3rd party negotiator"! Why anyone would want extra people involved in a transaction and increase the odds of miscommunication, etc. is beyond me.
