I am a Native Vermonter, attending 1st grade at Central School, and graduating from South Burlington High School.  I went to Northeastern University in Boston, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice.  I then followed the footsteps of countless other Vermonters who went West to seek their future.  As the years went by, I was able to explore some of the most spectacular areas of Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado and California.  However, the allure of Vermont remained irresistible; you can take the boy out of Vermont but you can’t take Vermont out of the boy.  I am now able to indulge my interests in exploring the ecology, scenery and history of Vermont and I see something new and interesting every day.

Over the years I have had several different living situations; including owning, renting and caretaking.  I have packed up and moved more times than I care to count and the lessons I have learned are invaluable.  I have been in literally thousands of homes across the country over the past 35 years.  Coupled with my skills of negotiation, this breadth of experience allows me to perform unique and valuable services for my Clients.

I can help you buy a home in Vermont.  As an Exclusive Buyer Agent for Vermont Real Estate, I am a Realtor who only represent Buyers.  Most Real Estate firms in Vermont try to represent both Buyers and Sellers, but typically the Principal Broker and all of his brokers, agents and offices owe their primary duty to their Sellers.  As a Buyer, you need and deserve your own professional representation free of conflicts of interests.  As an Exclusive Buyer Agent, there is never any doubt as to whose side of the negotiations I am on.
