In the last 12 months alone, I have completed courses in Real Estate Contracts 2013 and 2014, Denver Real Estate Trends, National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics, Buyer Mastery, and Seller Mastery, Finance in Real Estate, Sales Contracts, Working with Buyers, Environmental Issues and Real Estate Law.  The Mastery courses are designed to maximize the research, marketing, and negotiating aspects specific to each side of the transaction.  In addition, I have completed the Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource designation, as well as Accredited Buyer Representative and Graduate, REALTOR Institute.
