| I met Joe through the Staten Island real estate industry. I knew he was a top producer and wanted to recruit him to move his business to the next level at RE/MAX Metro. We had lunch one day...and probably talked for well over an hour, maybe even two. | Joe Helped my family and I immensely. he came and looked at our house and took on the task of selling it and told us he would do his best to get the price we were asking when other realtors told us is was to high of a price. Joe and his company handled everthing for us and got us just over what we wanted which in this economy was a great help. he sold our house in under a month. he was professional and courteous from begining to end. because of the outstanding job he did my uncle choose him to list his house also, again he sold it and went above and beyond our expectations.
