Experience with Integrity

Jóse Ghilarducci has owned a very successful Real Estate Boutique in Rancho Mirage for over nine years.  He has extensive knowledge and experience in the entire Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage and Palm Desert corridor.  As an owner/broker Jóse has mastered the art of putting his knowledge, expertise and resources to work for you in such a way that each client enjoys the pleasure and comfort of a smooth transaction every time.  Whether you are a first time buyer or a seasoned investor, Jóse is committed to making your dream come true in this desert paradise.

Having been born in Puerto Rico, Jóse has the additional skills and talents to be able to communicate effectively in four languages to better serve your needs.  For the past 15 years Jóse has been a member of the local Multiple Listing Service and Realty Board.  In addition, he has the distinction of being a past member of AMPI and is a highly successful International Real Estate Broker practicing in Southern California and Baja Mexico.  Jóse keeps abreast of the economic environment locally as well as nationally, enabling him to better advise his clients of what might be in their best interest at all times.

Jóse has owned several homes here in the desert so he knows first hand the diverse intricacies of this beautiful desert.  He has had a plethora of experience representing both buyers and sellers on Indian lease land and is familiar with the unusual differences that must be addressed.  He has worked closely for many years with the local agents who represent the Master leases and Subleases common to the desert.

On a personal level, Jóse is also very active in the community and he enjoys a wide variety of activities.  He is a glass fusion artist by avocation and has had several very successful shows in the Palm Springs area and in Baja Mexico.  Jóse and his partner were presented with the "Shiny Apple Award" from the Palm Springs Unified School District for sending 30 children to camp, and he spent three years on the advisory board for Ramon Academy, a school for children with special needs at PSUD.  He was also chosen to serve as Principal for a Day at PSUD and last year was asked to display his glass art at a benefit for the Jazz Band at Cathedral City High School.

Give him a call, you'll be glad you did!!
