I worked with Jo Pinter during the purchase of both my house and my resort in Maggie Valley. Jo was efficient in planning and organizing the search and visits. Searching for a house was not easy as I was new to the area and did not really know what I wanted. Jo was very patient and helped narrow the search until we finally found a property that not only fulfilled my needs, but exceeded my expectations.
Jo worked on my behalf to negotiate favorable contracts. This was especially difficult with the resort purchase as the terms were much more complex. In addition, I was out of the country for part of the negotiations and Jo had to keep the process moving with communication being very difficult at times. Jo also provided a list of reputable attorneys and companies to choose from regarding the home inspections and surveys. Again, I was out of town for much of the time and Jo kept the lines of communication flowing to get these services completed in a timely manner for the closing.
