Get to Know Mark Mitchell

Mark Mitchell, CDPE,ABR, SRS, SFR, e-PRO® . As a full time Realtor in Georgia, my passion is to help you with your real estate needs and it does not matter whether you are buying, selling, or both, I can help you reach your goals. I enjoy working with first-time home buyers, repeat buyers, relocations, and working with sellers. As a buyer's representative, my experience in foreclosure, short sale, and HUD transactions gives my clients the confidence to know that they are represented by a professional who understands the process and can give them the best advice.

As a Seller's Representative Specialist (SRS) and an e-Pro®, I have the experience to market your home to make it show its best and I'm a technologically savvy agent who can maximize your online exposure.

From the beginning of our relationship to the closing table, I keep my promises and maintain the trust of my clients. I understand that buying a home is the largest investment most people will ever make, therefore the one that can cost them or make them the most money when buying it or when selling it. Because of this understanding I take my responsibilities to our clients and customers very seriously. Many hours are spent before I ever arrive at a price range when listing a house and many more hours are spent planning out and executing our marketing strategy specific to that seller's needs. When representing a buyer many hours are spent educating them, advising them, and making sure they have the necessary information to avoid any pitfalls along the way. Many more hours are patiently spent showing homes to them and planning a closing.

On a personal note, Mark enjoys watching his two children play soccer for their colleges, going to parks and walking his dog Sadie. Mark likes to ride his sport bike on the race track when there are local track events. Mark enjoys working and playing Gwinnett County and has a personal and professional interest in the community.
