John comes to us from the private banking industry where he spent nearly 7 years helping high net worth clients accomplish their financial goals. John’s time in private banking often required him to develop unique solutions to complex problems and reaffirmed his belief in the importance of making sure each client receives the personal attention he or she deserves. John focuses on bringing this holistic, concierge approach to the real estate world with each client he meets. Most recently, John has focused on becoming a local resource for addressing the community’s needs and letting people know about all the wonderful things this area has to offer. This mindset led him to working with ePlace — a locally owned, independently run company — and also to his position as the former Executive Director of a Cambridge-based nonprofit that was created to help start and develop local food businesses. John’s interest in real estate started at a very young age because his parents owned a variety of investment and rental properties while he was growing up. Their experiences, both good and bad, solidified his belief that people should have the opportunity to own or rent properties to which they feel a connection and not just settle for whatever they can get. This core belief drives John’s holistic and personalized approach to client service. John is from the North Shore of Massachusetts and currently lives in the Avon Hill neighborhood of Cambridge with his beautiful wife, Ally, their son, Henry, and one mischievous cat, Hunter. John and Ally love Cambridge and the surrounding towns and can be found frequenting the many amazing restaurants in the area, cooking up dinner for friends at home, or strolling around admiring the beautiful homes that this part of the country has to offer.
