People skills developed during a 26 year career in law enforcement are now being put to use in my real estate career. My experience at working with people has enabled me to develop the conflict resolution and negotiation skills that I can put to work for you.
Real estate sales are not just about listing and selling homes. To be successful, it is necessary to connect and to create relationships with the people involved. I work to create win-win situations to build those relationships of trust with clients, customers and other real estate professionals that are so necessary for a smooth transaction.
My goal is to complete the transaction while ensuring that the people involved are satisfied. I focus on providing excellent client/customer service and my marketing plan is based upon creating satisfied clients and gaining personal referrals from those clients.

In addition to being a licensed agent, I have earned the professional designations of Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS). I am a licensed real estate agent in the State of Ohio. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and I maintain a membership in the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors (CABR). I am also a member of the Cincinnati Multiple Listing Service as well as the City of Dayton Multiple Listing Service. My professional designations allow me to maintain a membership in Real Estate Buyers Agent Council (REBAC) and Sellers Representative Specialist Council (SRSC).
In addition to the basic qualifications of being a licensed agent, I have earned certification as an Accreditated Buyers Agent (ABR) and another certification as a Sellers Representative Specialist (SRS). Since one of my areas of specialization is residential listing and sales, these two certifications uniquely qualify me to represent both buyers and sellers. This specialized training allows me to represent the client that sells their home and then to continue to professionally represent them as their Buyers Agent on the purchase of their new home. Another area where I have received additional training is Relocation. This specialized training allows me to work with relocation clients from across town or around the world!
I specialize in Residential sales and purchases, Relocation, First Time Homebuyers and New Home Sales/Purchases. The location where I focus my business is the area between downtown Cincinnati and Dayton. This includes areas such as Blue Ash, Evendale, Franklin, Indian Hill, Liberty Twp, Loveland, Middletown, Monroe, Montgomery, Sharonville, Sycamore & Symmes Twp, West Chester to name a few.
