Over 35 years of Residential Construction, Commercial Construction, Residential Real Estate and Sales. I put myself thru college building houses, and ran a framing crew when I was 18. I brought my blue collar work ethic to in home sales and went from no sales experience to Sales Manager in less than 1 year. In my first full year in Real Estate Sales I broke the closed volume record for a first year agent of that Company of several offices.
The Great Recession came and I landed a client that was a former builder that was buying distressed properties. I completed 1000s of distressed home flip analysis, and took that and began doing it myself. I haven't looked back or lost a dime. I have developed a system that removes the risk of flipping a home.
In 2015 I began a new adventure and opened a Real Estate Brokerage that combines investing, flipping, and Real Estate Crowdfunding.
Real Estate Crowdfunding is going to shake the very fabric of Real Estate investing.
