I began building my business foundation in commercial real estate lending with Union Bank. I honed my expertise in finance as Assistant Vice President in Portfolio Banking for high networth clients at Wells Fargo Bank.  As Director of Human Resources with Mayfield Publishing Company, I created and developed the human resource component of the company.  Not an easy challenge as many of the employees and been with the company for a decade or more.  Appling a tremendous amount of patience and finesse I successfully created an employee handbook, expanded the employee benefit package, developed and monitored salary and employee review guidelines, and myriad programs and processes that allowed us to be purchased by a Fortune 500 company.

I strive to develop business relationships based on utmost integrity and impeccable service.  To accomplish this I constantly seek opportunities to enhance my knowledge in all aspects of residential real estate.

I have lived in the Santa Clara Valley for over forty years; currently residing in San Jose with my husband, daughter and our rescued dog "Chico".  I love to travel; I can't get enough of Europe and there is plenty of the United States I haven't yet explored. My older daughter lives in Portland, Oregon where she volunteers at a teen homeless shelter.  I have step children in Tracy, CA, Auburn, CA and Gilbert, AZ.  We have one grandson and two grandaughters.
