My real estate career began with a budding interest in homes after I found my first home search to be fascinating. She helped us sell our place at a reasonable price, even though we hadn't been in it long but needed to move for work AND on closin g day when our buyers were making unreasonable requests and about to walk away, she absolutely held the deal together, negotiated like a pro, and made everything come together. | She did a very good job at arranging getting contractors to address roof,window,and furnace issues after inspection. She answered any questions I had in a timely manner. She was very profession al throughout the whole process. She was very savy in using technology to send needed documents for me to review and sign through my iPhone. She offered a great deal of encouragement that we would have a timely closing. She helped immensely on establishing the right selling price.
