I am a native New Yorker who recently moved to North Carolina. I am married to my wonderful husband, Bill and am a mother of 4 children ranging from 38 years old to 18 years old. I have 2 beautiful grand-daughters who were the reason for my moving to North Carolina. My daughter moved from Long Island with my grand-daughters to North Carolina and I did not want to miss them growing up. Time goes by too fast. I owned a real estate office in upstate New York, and acquired my NC real estate license shortly after my move. I enjoy bowling, scrapbooking, and traveling. While in NY I especially enjoyed riding our quarter horses.
I especially enjoy working with first time home buyer and seniors. Through my 14 years of experience I have sold many homes to a variety of people, from first time home buyers to investors to second/vacation home buyers and even commercial buyers.
I have earned the SRES designation which helps me to assist the seniors in making difficult choices in home ownership.
Real estate issues are very emotional for a senior home owner and hopefully I can help them make the correct choice. During my real estate ownership in upstate New York, we serviced many people that were re-locating from the New York City and Long Island area. Now that I have re-located myself to North Carolina, I am working with many people who are looking to re-locate to North Carolina. Up to now my transactions have been first time home buyers which I still enjoy. There is nothing more rewarding than handing a first time home buyer the key to their first home.
