I have been in outside sales for many years. ( more than I care to admit) Real Estate sales have been my career for the last 9 years. I love working with sellers and buyers alike. Both sides keep me in tune with the entire marketplace. While waterfront is my market niche, I work anywhere in the county. I continue my RE education anually. I have many designations that appear as alphabet soup after my name. What this means to the consumer is quite simply commitment to the Real Estate field. I love what I do every day!
My market niche is waterfront properties. Condos and single family homes alike. As a boater I love to assist buyers in the right choice for their specific waterfront needs. Is it for only the view or deep water needs for a specific draft and beam of their boat. Don't delay waterfront properties continue to sell every day.
I am a life resident of Florida. I enjoy the out of doors life style our state offers. Golfing,fishing, diving it is all here! I love sharing this lifestyle with new residents to the area.
