Summit Realty Group, Inc. is a C-Corporation founded by John Frederick Manno and Cynthia Ann Manno. This real estate brokerage was founded in 2007, and has been funded entirely by its founders with no outside investments received to date. The advent of e-commerce and the growth of the internet has had a profound impact on the real estate industry. The result, to our company, is that we are able to supply services directly to our agent's home office. We have developed a commission schedule that puts 100% commissions to rest, and brings back an honest approach in working with our real estate agents and paying them fairly with no hidden costs.
