I am the Broker/Owner of JLP Realty and Marketing, LLC. My passion is to work with people to assist them to buy and sell homes in and around Lake Conroe, Montgomery, and the surrounding communities. My Real Estate career began in 2003 after moving to Las Vegas, Nevada. I have been in Texas since 2008. I love it here and have a passion for Real Estate!
My company, JLP Realty and Marketing,LLC, provides excellent service for clients! I have experience in the housing market from condominiums to properties well over a million dollars. I am very detail oriented and am qualified to ensure that your buying or selling experience is as smooth as possible. Becoming a broker requires quite a bit of education. Brokers in Texas are required to have at least 4 years experience, and at least 900 hours of approved courses. I believe in continuing education as it is the key to keeping current on the real estate trends nationally as well as locally. Keeping current on the local real estate market is also key to exceptional service. I am also a CRS agent which also sets me apart from the rest. I am dedicated to do what it takes to market and sell your home or help you negotiate a new/used home sale in in any economy.
