“Joe Pete” LoRusso, one of the original founders of Old Town Realty, came to the Yampa valley from Boston in 1976 as a union Ironworker during the construction of the power plants in Craig. He opened Yalley Steel & Iron which he ran for a number of years along with owning and operating the Old Town Pub with his good friend and partner Loui Antonucci. He has extensive back ground in commercial and residential real estate and has done quite a few 1031 Tax exchanges both for himself and for investors. The fact that he has been here for over 30 years and in real estate for 20 of those, speaks for it self about his knowledge and understanding of the real estate market in the Steamboat area.
