We specialize in homes ranging in price from entry level to $999,999.
We personally cover all of Snohomish, King, Skagit, Whatcom and Island Counties in Western Washington. We belong to a firm with representatives in all of Washington and several other states, so you're never left to fend for yourself when you hire us.
Single family and small (1-4 unit) income properties are our main focus property types, though we have access to a network of professionals if you are interested in buying or selling larger properties or land.
We also buy properties for both income generation and re-sale. If you know of such a property we will pay a finder's fee if you refer it to us and we buy it, or if you're selling - We may buy it from you!
