On another note. My husband and I of 32 years, relocated "Back to Idaho" in 1991. After spending 21 years in the Marine Corps, we decided our two children needed roots established. Spending time with my family is very important to me. We enjoy various activities from horseback riding, fishing and hunting, to running a few head of cattle which we love when it's calving time.

My background consists of an accumulation of residential appraising and real estate of 9 years. Working with builders, home improvements, land, marketing existing homes and assisting buyers and sellers. Having worked in customer relations for over 35 years, my primary goals are my clients satisfaction and service. Caring about my clients needs are very important to me. Working with first time buyers can be stressful for them choosing the right home in the right area, helping to find the right lender, home inspector, and contract negotiations just to name a few. My referral list is a short one, because I only refer those that take pride in their work and are professionals. When dealing with home sellers, marketing in online communities, various print media and nationally is foremost in getting their properties SOLD!!
When working with builders, I preview their spec homes throughout the building process and choose carefully only those with a reputation of quality and care to refer to my clients looking to build their new home. Having fun, enjoying my work and assisting clients is what my business is all about.
