I have lived in North Attleboro Massachusetts for nearly 28 years and I have been a Realtor in the North Attleboro- Attleboro area since 2002.

| “My wife and I had the opportunity to work with Jim Sinnott during our relocation back to Massachusetts. Because of the housing market collapse we were shopping for a bargain. Inventory was high, but was picked over with the low end in rough shape and the high end still overpriced. We worked with a few other agents until we found Jim. Jim was very patient as we worked through dozens of properties. We were looking for a house with “potential”, or a clean short sale, or a bank owned in good shape. Jim often did a drive by to save us a trip and was always ready for the challenge. We finally settled on a short sale and Jim stuck with us through the long process. The house sold close to the asking price, and quicker than I expected given the state of the economy and time of year. The closing went well and all proceeds were disbursed within a week. | "As first time homebuyers, my fiancé Tom and I went into the whole process completely blind. We knew in our minds what type of house we were looking for but didn't give Jim too many details. Three to four bedrooms, big yard, at least a bath and a half, etc. Not much to work with! Jim was extremely patient with us. He assured us that he would only put us in a house that he would find good enough for his own children. We went on about 3 or 4 outings with him and we found the home of our dreams. He made the process so easy and comfortable. Explained every last detail we didn't understand and we've been in our beautiful home now for almost 6 months! Time flies when you're so happy and satisfied with the whole experience. We couldn't have asked for a better real estate agent!” |
