My main focus is lakefront homes and lots, both inside the gated golf communities and outside as well. Gated golf communities include Reynolds Plantation, Reynolds Landings, Great Waters, Harbor Club, and Cuscowilla. Knowing their membership programs, the costs, the relative values inside and outside the gates, lake regulations...they're all important in representing the best interests of your referral, and I've listed and sold successfully in them all.
We're a small market, so it's not uncommon to be a jack of all trades, occasionally working with buyers looking for commercial property, farms, historic homes, and timber and hunting acreage. I have resources to draw on when a client is looking for something outside my main area of activity.
