Before starting Talley-Hurst, Jay consulted with private real estate firms to improve their business models and increase business capture. Prior to That effort he directed the e-Real Estate effort at Long and Foster Companies for over three years. 

 Jay has over 27 years in Real Estate Marketing.   He is a founding Partner in Talley-Hurst Homes. In 2009, he was certified by the National Association of Realtors as a short sale and foreclosure resource. This is known as a SFR. He is GREEN certified.

Jay is a Virginia native, and has lived in Northern Virginia since 1990.
