Since 1997 I have been investing in and educating myself in all aspects of residential real estate.  I have owned, managed, rehabbed, bought and sold many homes since 1997. From 1998-2006 I started, operated and managed Greer's Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. honestly serving N.Dallas homeowners for 8 years before making the change to serve homeowners as a licensed Realtor! I started my career in residential real estate in 2006 with Keller Williams Northwest located in The Colony Texas then transfering to RE/MAX HiNet All-Cities in 2007. In January 2011 my wife and I started Home Solution Finders, LLC An investment company specializing in the purchase, sale and financing of low income manufactured housing.

I also specialize in listing homes in a volatile market working with home sellers to maximize the return on their investment. I can also help determine how to best solve any mortgage crisis that may occur such as being upside down etc.

I also specialize in assisting with negotiating Property taxes with the proper taxing entities as a designated representative maximizing cashflow on investment properties as well as lowering annual tax obligations.
