Jim is a dedicated professional with over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry and is one of the top Realtors on the Crystal Coast. This vast experience has provided Jim with an in-depth perspective on the buying and selling process, thereby enabling him to help both buyers and sellers meet their objectives.

In addition to the senior management positions Jim held with national real estate firms, including serving as Chief Operating Officer and President of two home building and development companies, Jim spent many years in training sales associates the art of selling. The training Jim provided was based upon a philosophy of building trust with clients and customers and dealing with them with a complete sense of integrity. And, rather than thinking about how much in commissions they would earn that day, he asked them to think about what they can do to serve the needs of their clients and customers, knowing that the commissions would come as a natural extension of doing so.

Jim’s wife, Maureen, introduced Jim to Beaufort in the early 2000s. As a young girl growing up in the area, Maureen had always dreamed of living here. On that first introduction to Beaufort, Jim also knew this was the place for them to build a home and establish lasting roots. So, in 2005 they built their dream home and have felt blessed ever since then to be residents of such a wonderful place.
