We need loan officers who want to work for a forward looking mortgage banker based in Orange County. We are licensed in 8 western states now. We have plenty of warehouse funding capacity, and we are well capitalized. We sell to 7 major conduits closing all loan products such as FHA, VA, Conventional, 203K loans, USDA loans and Reverse Mortgages. We have been in business since 1986, and have weathered all of the economic ups and downs. We need experienced loan officers, NMLS compliant or close, who want to be with a strong independent company. Direct access to the ownership team (I report directly to the owner). You will also enjoy having a fantastic processing team, and an account manager to push your deals through every stage of the process.
