| I can honestly say there's no other agent I would want to help me in purchasing a home. She always responded immediately, was very attentive to my wants and my needs, and was very knowledgeable about any questions I had. She fought for the things I wanted and always made sure I was happy. This experience can be very stressful but with Juanita's help it made things much better. |

| I was very pleased with the assistance I received from Juanita. It was great working with her. She was very knowledgeable about the area even though she wasn't local. She explained processes and such in a way that someone with no knowledge of the real estate business could understand. Unfortunately, I had to withdraw from the deal we were working and put my homeownership on hold. But as soon as I start searching again, I will call her. |
