I have always wanted to be a Realtor since I could remember. The idea of helping people reach their dreams and developing life long relationships has been extremely important to me. My idea of real estate is about individuals coming together to achieve and accomplish a mutual goal.
Growing up on the Central Coast, and deciding to join the Re/Max team in the much sought after wine appellation area called Paso Robles http://www.pasorobleschamber.com/ was the best decision I have ever made and has provided many opportunities for me. Including appearing on HGTV's popular show House Hunters. This was the first time the Central Coast had premiered on the show.
Paso Robles has really grown and become quite a mecca for wine and wine enthusiasts. http://www.prcity.com/ It has fabulous wineries and beautiful vineyards to visit all over east side and west side locations. It offers it's own lake with a nice family park and the only zoo in the north county. It's a must see!

| Jessica has excellent knowledge of the market and really listened to our needs. She also has a great personality and can do attitude! She not only acted timely on scheduling showings and responding to our questions, she also, based on her knowledge and her attention to what we were looking for, recommended properties for us to consider proactively. The property we ended up purchasing was an excellent recommendation from Jessica! She helped managed the closing process to make it smooth for us, especially since we live out of the area and were even on vacation while we were closing. I would highly recommend Jessica! |

| Jessica was amazing to deal with on our home sale. She was proactive and very organized. She is on point with regard to market knowledge. Our priority was timing and she was able to place the listing where it needed to be and we were in escrow within the first week. We were most impressed with her prompt communication-after the initial listing most of our communications were via email. She was great about keeping us in the loop and she always replied immediately-even with a 3 hour time different. Since we were out of state, she handled lots of extras for us which really made a difference and took some pressure off us during the selling experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Jessica Aggson-truly above and beyond our expectations in all categories. |

| I'm so happy to have found Jessica! My husband and I were looking for a home while we lived out of the area and properties were moving too quickly for us to come out to see them and make offers. Jessica would constantly be hunting down new listings and go out to each property to give us details and a ton of photos for each. We felt comfortable making offers without seeing places because we trusted her completely. She ended up finding a fantastic property for us and within days we were in escrow.
