So you're thinking, "Jessica who?" Well, I am a, not-yet-30-year-old, Native Phoenician. I've never lived anywhere but Arizona's 'Valley of the Sun' until April of 2006 when, my husband, Andy & I arrived in South Carolina's Upstate. The weather here definately beats the crazy, oven hot, Valley heat!! 

I've been around real estate as far back as I can remember. Both of my parents are licensed REALTORS in Phoenix, AZ. When I was very little, sometimes, my dad would take me with him on showing and listing appointments. My first job was working for a real estate company in Phoenix assisting different REALTORS. I did take a little detour from real estate and graduated from Everest College, formerly known as Rhodes, with a 3.62 GPA (I'm kinda proud of that one) and my Associates of Applied Science Degree in (Computer) Network Administration in 2003. So, yeah, I've got a bit of the nerd thing going on too....

You're not a REALTOR, but you work at RE/MAX? I work with Lee, Mechelle, Marty & Diane on The Cunningham Team of RE/MAX Realty Professionals in Greenville South Carolina.  I am responsible for Closing Coordination, Listing Management and Advertising in addition to Administrating our team office and I serve as the central point of contact for our clients, other agents, attorneys, inspectors, lenders and others invovled in every transaction.
