Residential Single Family – This is what we do, we connect Home Buyers with Home Sellers every day. This property type is the majority of my market transactions, but by far not the only one in which I have expertise.

Condominiums – Condominiums are a very different market focus then a typical 'stick built home.' Sometimes they make great income earning investment property's and I'm an expert in evaluating condos and helping buyers and sellers cope with the special financing and homeowner concerns for this type of property.

Multi–family – We like working with investors and they like us especially when we work with Multi family properties. They are a very unique market. The detailed return on investment and valuation calculations investors need to evaluate properties for rental are second nature to me.

Commercial – Whether it’s a shopping mall, a small office building or a restaurant space, I'm your commercial property specialist. We have extensive experience with contract law and contract guidance.

Vacant Land – Land is land but every parcel's unique!

And after a busy day of real estating, when I have a little time and I'm not with my family, I can probably be found playing drums or guitar or I might be teaching or training Kung Fu...maybe helping with things at church or chatting with my friends in sobriety...walking the dog(s)...
