I love Tidewater!
I was born into a Navy family, grew up and went to school in the Windsor Woods neighborhood in Virginia Beach where my sister just purchased her first home. I have family in Chesapeake and I currently live in Ocean View. I enjoy all of what our cities have to offer.
I attended Old Dominion...Go Monarchs! I love the bay, the beach, and have a passion for real estate in our 7 cities. My clients' expectations and concerns are my first prioriy and I continue to be their resource for real estate long after the transaction is complete.
My expertise is in the business aspect of real estate. My buyers know what they're looking for and where, I help them find it. My sellers have plans after they sell and they know what to do to their homes to bring in the buyers, often at full price offers. If you watch DIY and HGTV then it's clear.
I specialize in the business of real estate. After you choose your home (I'll help you find it of course!), you need someone who can negotiate terms that you're happy with and protect your financial interests.
The "perfect" home can quickly become less than perfect if your loan is too expensive and has too many junk fees, if your interest rate is poor, or if you walk into a home upside down, with no equity. These things need to be avoided at all costs and I make sure they are.
