As co-founder and Branch Manager of Diversity Home Lending, Jena’s 20+ years of lending experience, expertise and driven approach to business has been key in both her personal success and the success of Diversity Home Lending. She believes that clients come first and works diligently to provide the highest level of service to every client.

Jena’s career in lending began in 1992 as a loan officer with Investors Trust Mortgage in Santa Rosa, CA. In 2005, Jena opened the Investors Trust Mortgage branch in Grants Pass, OR. In mid 2008, amidst the mortgage meltdown, Investors Trust Mortgage ceased operations and Jena joined her colleagues in opening Diversity Home Lending.  In 2014 Jena assisted in leading the company through its merger with Mountain West Financial, Inc. Scotsman’s Guide has ranked MWF one of the top 10 mortgage lenders in 2013. 

Jena is a member of the Rogue Valley Women’s Council of Realtors since 2005, holding several board positions, and currently chairs the WCR’s Ways & Means/Fundraising committee. She most enjoys her annual Animal Shelter fundraiser and is strong supporter of the community.

Jena moved to Grants Pass in 2003 with her family from Santa Rosa California. She loves the activities and entertainment that the communities of Southern Oregon offer. She says the community here is wonderful, and its people friendly and full of life. She has a wonderful husband and a son attending Oregon State University, 4 dogs and 2 cats. Her life is extremely full of family, friends, love & joy.
