Jeffrey Margolies is an attorney with "Real Estate Settlements & Escrow, LLC", and a founding member of its affiliated law firm "Alliant Legal Group, LLC".  Jeffrey is a 1984 Law Review graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law.  He pioneered and taught "The Principles of Title Industry Practice" at Catonsville Community College and is a popular and noted lecturer who conducts numerous real estate seminars throughout the Baltimore/Washington Metropolitan Area.

Jeffrey is a Past-President of the Maryland Land Title Association and holds the special designation of "Certified Land Title Professional."

He is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, Maryland Land Title Association, Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors, Women's Council of Realtors, and previously served as one of the four appointed members of the Title Insurance Subcommittee of the Property and Casualty Insurance Advisory Board (State of Maryland Insurance Administration).

Jeffrey is a native Baltimorean.  During his leisure time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons.  He particularly enjoys weekend jaunts on his motorcycle and scuba diving vacations with his family.
