Jeff is an experienced corporate relocation professional and investment property consultant.  Jeff has successfully negotiated dozens of transactions for transferring employees with national and international companies.  Jeff regularly represents investors purchasing and selling multi-family properties, rehabbing buildings and facilitating 1031 tax exchanges.  Jeff also enjoys working with clients considering "active adult communities" and first time home buyers.

Jeff specializes in corporate relocation and holds the prestigious CRP designation (Certified Relocation Professional) with  The World Wide Employee Relocation Council As a Certified Relocation Professional Jeff is one 1400 professionals who hold the CRP designation in the United States.  The CRP designation is comprised of recognized industry professionals, representing an extensive variety of expertise in corporate human relations, corporate relocation policy, appraising, residential real estate, and tax and legal issues. The purpose of Worldwide ERC®'s certification program is to encourage members working in specific aspects of employee relocation to gain extensive and useful knowledge of all aspects of employee relocation.
