I've been selling homes for over 13 years and have been licensed in 3 states (Virginia, North Carolina, and now Alabama).  With hundreds of closings under my belt, there really isn't a scenario that I haven't been through before with a real estate transaction.

Now that the boring stuff is out of the way.....I love this business!  Without trying to sound too cliche-ish, I really enjoy meeting new people and interacting with all of the different personalities that come with working with the general public.  It's exciting to help home buyers with one of their biggest decisions in their life and to find innovative ways to assist sellers realize the best price for their home.

I always tell my clients that I'm not one of those agents who shoots out rainbows while riding a unicorn, telling them what they want to hear.  I don't consider myself a know-it-all but I'm always truthful with my clients.  I will never over-sell myself  just to get the business.

My ultimate goal for all of my clients is for them to have an excellent experience during their real estate journey with me.  I believe that comes through ongoing communication, marketing skills, negotiating techniques, and market knowledge.
